THE YOUNG FOLKS

Due to us creating a music video we wanted to make it appear to look as profesional as possible. There-for we search and analysed several music videos from different genres. We found that each music genre: POP, Electronic and Country had similar codes and conventions and styles. We observed the camera techniques and studied how the music video related to the lyrics. We developt an appreciation to how much work we'd have to put in so our music video could be what we desired as focused on what was posible. We were inspired by several videos yet the ones that attracted us the most were set at the beach. In addition to this we decided to locate and set ours in the same location as well as the forest giving our music video a nature theme. After several hours of research we finally decided to create a music video to RipTide by Vance Joy.
