Advertisment Editing Attempt 1 

 

This first draft of one of our posters was inspired by a pop art face. This Pop Art face was edited on Photoshop for one of our first draft digipaks. The reason behind this face being upside down is to connote confusion of a youths world. Also placing the face upside tries to create more of a mystery and illusion. We were aware that creating a poster was to premote an advertise the digipak which is why the pop art face would become recognsisable to our target audience giving that the same face is on the digipak. We also met all the codes and conventions by stating that "THE YOUNG FOLKS" is now available on Itunes and premoting a gig night performance.

The lyrics were placed at the top because they are very powerful and possibly relatable to our target audience 'Cause you're gonna sing the words wrong' can conote the mistakes we make in our youthful years and "Taken away to the dark side" can connote the temptation we are open to.
