After our research we had an initial idea and theme we came up with. On the left is a video of our brainstorm of ideas for particular shots, the start of our music video, editing and location ideas. This helped us come up with a clear plan for production, characters we would cast and was our main starting point.

We decided to then plan where we thought we culd fim out music video that would offer the most suitable location four our chosen genre. Our group decided to locate the main filming at Fromby beach, although there will be other locations in which we will film parts of the video in order to make it intersting and full of different style of clips!
Production and planning
Planning- Horse Videos
For the music video, along with the beach themed shots, we are also filming shots with a horse. This will make us be able ot differ our shots and also add a new location so that there is a variety in what we are shooting. The video will be shot on a field that looks very natural and doesnt have to much detail towards it. This will make the focus more on the horse and will fit in with the theme of the 'retro' music video.
This a music video that is good to annotate. I like the way that there is different close ups of the horse that make it seem more forceful as there they are detailed and the mise-en-scene relates to the music video. I also like the way that they have long shots and you can see the whole horse as it makes the clip seem larger and has more force on the horse which is the main focus in this video.
I think that the close ups of the horses hooves have a good impact on the video as they are sometimes in focus and sometimes not and this makes the overall shot look better. The horse galloping towards the camera looks effective as it starts of quite small and it gets bigger as it comes towards the camera which makes the horse look like it is enlargening as it comes closer.
